Click on "My Computer".

Insert USB Flash Drive into your computer.

You will see it appear on your screen as  a new drive.  Example "E drive or F drive".

Click the above link for the latest update.

Save it to your USB Flash Drive by selecting it from the drop down list.

That's it.  Goto my computer and click on the USB Drive Letter and you should see the file saved there.

Turn the power switch off on the back.

Insert the USB Drive into your receiver.

Turn the power on.

Press "Menu."

Select "System Information" then press "OK"

Select "Receiver Upgrade" then press "OK"

Select "USB" then press "OK"

Select the update file by its date code (if there is more than 1) and press "OK"

Wait for the receiver to reboot.

When its finished, turn power off and remove USB Flash Drive.
